This South African wonder-herb is the perfect, naturally caffeine-free alternative to tea. Once steeped it produces a subtly sweet and rich, coppery liquor which is beautiful drunk with milk. Our rooibos is comprised of the highest quality long needles, with a beautiful, complex flavour.
PREPARATION
Steep 1tsp per cup for 3-5 minutes in 95-100°C water. Enjoy with or without milk and sugar.
