Introducing, Lost Sheep Coffee's - Guatemala La Sierra

The perfect coffee for a delicious espresso, enjoy with and without milk (or your favourite alternative).  This coffee also makes a tasty filter too! 

Hugo López Jiménez owns the 1.5-manzana farm La Sierra, where he grows 320 coffee trees, mostly Caturra. After the coffee is picked and depulped, it's fermented without water for 18–24 hours before being washed three times. It's then dried on concrete patios for 3–5 days.

We think this coffee is best as espresso, and is especially tasty with milk or your favourite alternative!
We use a traditional 2:1 ratio to get the best out of this tasty Guatemalan Coffee!
