Commerical Barista Basics - A Lost Sheep Coffee Experience

We are now doing coffee experiences!

Very similar to our home barista course, but more focused on commercial coffee production... how to make sure you're serving the best coffee in a fast paced environment!

This 3 hour experience based at our Lost Sheep Coffee Roastery HQ in Whitstable will cover; 

• picking the right coffee
• espresso prep and extraction 
• milk texturing and pouring
• how to structure your work flow in regards to drink tickets

Total time - 3 hours
Price is per person - Maximum of 2 people per session
Price includes; a 220g bag of our Epic shop blend Get to the Hopper, in a tote with a few other goodies!
