Shipping Policy

We are currently offering FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING to the UK Mainland on all orders over a set amount.  We do not ship to other locations currently. Customers with PO Boxes need to also provide a physical shipping address. The shipping method we use will vary so be sure to give us an address that the Royal Mail and other courier services we use, will deliver to.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping (3-5 business days). Free with orders over a set amount. If your total order is under the free shipping amount, you will be charged a flat rate per order, not item. 

Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is a flat rate for your entire order. Most orders will be shipped Royal Mail, APC, DPD or DHL with this method to ensure a timely delivery.  Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days. If you place your order after 2pm GMT on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday. 

Examples of one business day:

  • Ordered Thursday after 2PM, ships Friday and arriving on Monday is considered one business day.

  • Ordered Friday after 2PM, ships Monday and arriving on Tuesday is considered one business day.


If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier for any of the following reasons: refused, insufficient address, not collected; a 20% restocking fee + the Postage will be deducted from your refund. If you would still like the product(s), we may bill you the shipping costs to have the item(s) shipped back out to you.  

tracking number will be sent to the email address provided once the order has shipped. If you have an account you will be able to log in and check order status at any time.

Warranty Claims 
If your product is defective and you would like to file a warranty claim, please email us at Some manufactures accept photos for damaged products, but if not, you will be responsible for shipping and insurance cost to our warehouse. If the product defect warrants a claim and is within the warranty period, we will ship you (free of charge - continental US) a new product to replace the defective product. If the original product is no longer available, we will ship a similar product. In cases where a suitable replacement cannot be located, you will receive a credit equal to the original price paid for your next purchase with us. Drilling charges are not reimbursable.

Order Cancellation Refund Policy 
All credit cards are debited at time of purchase for amount of purchase to ensure validity of credit card. Cancellation will incur a twenty percent (20%) credit card fee deducted from your refund. An order is considered placed when you agree to purchase. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Return Policy Information must be followed.

Claims of a shortage, mis-shipment, or damaged goods must be received within 5 business days of receipt or the goods will be deemed delivered and accepted as of the invoice date.

Refusal Of Package 
If you refuse a package without 
Lost Sheep Coffee consent to do so, we reserve the right to charge you any fees that may incur by the shipping company.
